Job Duties & Tasks:

Perform set-up, clean-up, and closing duties, as assigned by the Manager
Familiarize oneself with all the selections on the menu
Greet, seat, and take drink and appetizer orders
Present menus, take main course orders and enter orders correctly in the POS system
Ensure that customer dishes are correct and satisfactory
Suggest and serve dessert, coffee, and/or after-dinner drinks
Take the necessary steps to ensure a satisfactory customer experience
Handle payments as prescribed by standard operating procedures
Work in collaboration with other servers and Team Members
